Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 (based on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries.
• Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Manage databases, write queries, and maintain data integrity.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best coding practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap/Tailwind.
• Knowledge of Redux, React Hooks, and component lifecycle.
• Understanding of API integration and authentication (JWT/OAuth).
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
• Basic understanding of DevOps, deployment, or cloud services (AWS/Render/Vercel) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
