Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (Next.js) Experience Required: 2+ Years Location: Mohali (Onsite) Company: Webguruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Next.js to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience delivering at least 5 full-cycle web application projects , showcasing strong command over front-end and back-end technologies. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js Build and optimize applications with Next.js , ensuring responsiveness and performance Write clean, modular, and reusable code with proper documentation Integrate APIs and work on third-party integrations (REST/GraphQL) Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality output Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing code and performance bottlenecks Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in JavaScript and web development Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development Strong experience in Next.js – SSR, SSG, and dynamic routing Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Tailwind or Bootstrap Experience in database design and MongoDB queries Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD processes Ability to deliver at least 5 completed web application projects (portfolio or GitHub links preferred) Good understanding of Agile methodologies and task tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) Good to Have: Experience with TypeScript and Redux/Context API Basic knowledge of DevOps, AWS, or Docker Prior experience working with performance optimization or SEO for React-based apps Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to quality and meeting deadlines Interested candidates can share their resume at [muskan.garg@webguruz.in] Subject Line: Application for MERN Stack Developer – Next.js Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
