Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (Based on Experience and Interview)

Job Description:

Benda Infotech is seeking a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in designing and developing web applications using the MERN stack and should be well-versed with modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React and Redux Toolkit.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and work with HTTP requests.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Work with Git for version control and manage code repositories effectively.
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Experience with Redux Toolkit, Git, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of API integration, HTTP methods, and REST architecture.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (especially Git).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Traits:

• Willingness to work in a night shift (US Shift).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
