MERN Stack Developer

Position: MERN Stack Developer (Fresher)

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills & performance)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated MERN Stack Developer (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and work on projects using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Assist in building and maintaining web applications, both frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js, Express.js).
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to create user-friendly features.
• Help with database operations using MongoDB (or similar NoSQL databases).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues with guidance from senior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings to grow your skills.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Be open to learning new tools and technologies as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and web development concepts.
• Exposure to one or more technologies in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)—personal/college projects count!
• Eagerness to learn and build real-world web applications.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub basics.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how they work.
• Exposure to front-end styling (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar).
• Basic understanding of authentication and security concepts (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Familiarity with deployment or cloud platforms (optional).
• Any live projects or internship experience is a plus.
