Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Bhubaneswar for a MERN Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing high-quality software solutions using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), and coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless integration. Day-to-day tasks include code review, mentoring team members, managing project timelines, and ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Qualifications

• Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js development
• Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of RESTful services and API development
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in cloud services and deployment is a plus
