MERN Lead

We are looking for a talented Lead MERN Developer to lead our team and take charge of our MERN stack projects. As a Lead MERN Developer, you will guide a team of developers, design scalable solutions, and ensure the successful completion of projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of MERN developers, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success. You should have hands-on experience with Node JS, MongoDB, React.js, Class Based React, and GIT. It will be your responsibility to architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions using the MERN stack. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as designers, product managers, and stakeholders will be crucial to translate business requirements into technical specifications. You will also be expected to develop and maintain high-quality code following best practices and coding standards, conduct code reviews, drive innovation, and continuous improvement by keeping up with emerging technologies in MERN stack development. Troubleshooting and debugging technical issues, providing timely resolutions, working closely with the QA team to ensure bug-free applications, participating in sprint planning, estimation, and task prioritization are also part of your responsibilities. You are expected to lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation within the development team. Desired Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a JavaScript developer. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features. - Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, Vue.js for building complex web applications. - Solid understanding of front-end development principles, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively. - Deep understanding of Photo Editing industry trends, technology, and customer needs.,
