As an AGM/Manager - Business Development in the hospital vertical, your role is pivotal in establishing a strong presence in the healthcare sector. Your responsibilities include: - Actively identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business development opportunities within the healthcare sector. - Conducting thorough market research, including competitive analysis and industry trends, and generating periodic reports. - Analyzing potential investment opportunities, preparing detailed business cases, and developing comprehensive financial models. - Leading due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures. - Structuring complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. You will also be responsible for leading the following: - Overseeing the implementation and execution of greenfield hospital projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Qualifications required for this role are: - Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Finance. - Experience: Minimum 10 years for AGM and 5 years for Manager in the Healthcare Industry. - Proven experience in developing and analyzing financial models, conducting market research, and structuring complex transactions.
