Key Responsibilities

1. Collect merchant data from Google Maps, online directories, websites, and social platforms.

2. Filter and shortlist potential merchants for onboarding with PayNback.

3. Identify local WhatsApp groups, social media influencers, and local clubs near onboarded merchants to support promotions.

4. Maintain structured and accurate records of merchants and outreach sources.

5. Research competitor activities and market trends to identify acquisition opportunities.

6. Support the team in merchant onboarding and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree (any stream).

2. Strong skills in online research and networking.

3. Familiarity with Google Maps, WhatsApp groups, and social media platforms.

4. Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.

5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in fintech/startups.
