PayNBack is India’s first in-store savings and reward platform, designed to help everyday shoppers save directly at the counter. The product is now live — and the next step is bringing local merchants onto the platform so customers can actually use it in real stores.

We’re building our Merchant Onboarding Team starting with Malappuram and Palakkad, and we’re looking for locally based, self-driven individuals to help us expand.

Role Summary

As a Merchant Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for identifying nearby retail outlets, explaining the PayNBack platform to shop owners, and completing their onboarding. This role is ideal for students or working professionals looking to earn fixed income + incentives while working in their local area.

Responsibilities

• Visit local shops in your area (no relocation required)
• Clearly explain the PayNBack system and onboard merchants
• Help store staff set up the platform and ensure it works at the counter
• Collect real-time feedback and report onboarding progress to the core team
• Maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants
