Job Description

Merchant Onboarding Executive / Specialist
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (In‑person)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, handling KYC, verification, and documentation with precision Trabajoiimjobs.com.
Liaise with bank solution managers and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, device setup (POS/QR/Soundbox), and activation Shineiimjobs.com.
Capture and validate merchant data accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory and RBI guidelines Trabajomtest.mswipe.com.
Offer excellent merchant support—responding to queries, troubleshooting, and monitoring onboarding progress.
Work closely with operations, risk, and technical teams to resolve issues and facilitate seamless merchant integration.
Maintain meticulous records of onboarding status, communications, and follow-ups.
Contribute to streamlining high-volume onboarding (e.g., bulk onboarding) where needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
