Job Description

Merchant Onboarding - Must be from Fintech/Banking Industry only.

Min 8 years of experience in fintech, digital banking, or B2B companies. Strong background in payments operations, partner management, and onboarding.

Working knowledge of Open Banking / Open Finance / API frameworks
Ability to manage stakeholders across banks, regulators, and high-growth startups

Role-

Onboarding Risk & Compliance
KYC
Lead and optimize day-to-day operations across payment processing, merchant settlements, and transaction monitoring.
Lead internal audits, policy documentation, and reporting to regulators and partner banks.
Work closely with internal stakeholders for Process automation, Driving excellence within the RBI guidelines and Payments products.
Implement and monitor KYC/ operations, especially for merchant and API banking flows.
Must have excellent team handling skills.

This is not work from home job. Applicants from Delhi/Noida region preferred.
