Role Description This is a contract role for Merchant Navy Officers at Synergy Marine Group located in Kochi. As a Merchant Navy Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of vessels at sea, ensuring compliance with maritime laws and regulations, and managing the safety and security of the crew and cargo on board. Qualifications Proficiency in navigation, ship handling, and maritime operations Knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations Strong leadership and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure Excellent communication and organizational skills STCW certification and relevant maritime qualifications Experience in ship management or similar roles Show more Show less
