Job Description

The Merchandising Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the merchandising function across multiple units and locations. This role plays a crucial part in aligning product, pricing, marketing, and customer engagement strategies with Industree's broader business goals. The position demands leadership, creativity, customer understanding, and strategic thinking to grow the organization's footprint across direct and retail markets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain, develop and grow existing and new clients

Job encompasses handling of the merchandizing function across units / country at multiple locations

Develop and coordinate marketing / selling cycle and methodology

5.

Oversee the company's merchandizing / marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services

6.

Should be able to plan for a growth based on the annual business plan

7.

Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities and new project development

8.

Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results

Develop and manage merchandising and marketing budgets,

and oversee the development and management of internal

operating budgets

10.

Plan and coordinate image building / public affairs, and

communications efforts, to include public relations

11.

Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts,

and coordinate the management of all other accounts

12. Participate in the development of new project proposals

13.

Establish and implement short- and long-range goals,

objectives, policies, and operating procedures

14.

Supervise the planning and development of company

marketing, merchandising and communications materials

15.

Represent the company at various community and/or business

meetings to promote the company

16.

Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales

materials, exhibits, and promotion programs

17.

Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and

distributors

18.

Recommend and administer marketing / merchandizing

policies and procedures to enhance operations

19.

Work with functional heads and other corporate staff to develop

future business plans to achieve the vision through clearly

agreed strategies

20.

Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental

goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures

21. Work with planning and policy-making committees

Competencies

Qualifications Experiences

? Post Graduate degree or diploma

in Marketing Management from

a premier institute

5 to 7 years experience in the position of

Manager.

Other Skills

A pleasant personality with outstanding interpersonal & communication skills

Strong Product, Production, Costing & Pricing knowledge with latest trends and

techniques and global standards in the market is a must

Creativity, Cost consciousness coupled with quality and deliverability is key skills

Sharp understanding and quick grasping of the product and capable to interact

with buyers

Exposure to world class retail clients, their expectation, systems and processes

Should be able to handle in a high stress environment

Should be able to deliver within the agreed time frames and be willing to work to
