Structuring the app's layout and navigation to ensure a smooth and intuitive shopping experience. Creating and implementing promotional campaigns, showcasing special offers, and managing pricing strategies within the app. Analysing user behaviour and purchase patterns to identify areas for improvement and optimize the app's merchandising. Working with marketing, product, and category teams to align merchandising strategies with overall business goals. Understanding user behaviour and decision-making criteria for in-app purchases. - 3+ years of experience in app-merchandising within ECommerce. - Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and merchandising practices. - Data analysis skills to track performance and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with mobile app development and user interface/user experience principles.
