Job Title: Merchandising Manager

Reporting to : GM – Merchandising

Experience: 10 – 18 Yrs

Location: Pudupakkam (Near Kealmbakkam)

Responsibilities:

Excellent in Buyer communication
Excellent Leadership/management experience
Exceptional attention to detail, independent worker, extreme comfort in fast changing environments
Experience in handling small & high value business Experience in Technical knowhow of Woven Garment manufacturing of different categories like Shirts, Jacket, Bottoms etc
Empathetic business tone with internal & external teams
Desire to see all issues to complete resolution and ownership of projects passed to you from management
Strong demonstrated problem solving and documentation skills extremely clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Strong drive to execute excellent, results-driven work regardless of initial challenges or blockers
