Merchandising Intern

As a part of Thimblerr, you will be redefining fashion manufacturing with innovative solutions in a dynamic environment that nurtures talent and fosters growth. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in merchandising and fashion. - Assist the design team in project development and execution. - Create RM (Raw Material) sheets for new styles under development. - Develop and organize fabric swatches and maintain an archive for reference. - Research market trends to identify customer preferences and emerging demands. - Supervise daily activities related to new developments, addressing queries and ensuring timelines are met. - Prepare presentations and maintain Excel sheets for analysis and reporting on different brands. - Develop tech packs for new styles, including all required details for production. - Collaborate as a fit model for product testing and development when needed. Qualifications: - Background in fashion design, merchandising, or a related field (students or recent graduates are welcome). - Strong organizational and research skills to assist with market analysis and customer insights. - Keen eye for detail and creativity. - Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting. - Proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
