Job Description

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports related to sales, inventory, product categories, and merchandising KPIs.
Conduct customized analysis and ad hoc reporting as per business requirements.
Collaborate closely with the Power BI development team to:

Assist in the design and development of new reports and dashboards.
Provide business input for report optimization and visualization improvements.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting outputs.
Maintain and manage databases and data pipelines related to merchandising performance metrics.
Monitor data quality and troubleshoot any discrepancies in reports or dashboards.
Partner with cross-functional teams (buying, planning, supply chain, finance) to deliver actionable insights.
Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within merchandising performance.
