Job Description

Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design and production teams to develop product concepts and assortments that align with market trends and customer preferences. Manage the product development process, including sourcing materials, coordinating sample development, and evaluating prototypes for quality and design accuracy. Source high quality fabrics, trims, and other materials from reliable suppliers, keeping cost and ethical sourcing practices in mind. Develop and manage production timelines, ensuring on-time delivery. Maintain clear communication with buyers and clients, keeping them informed of progress and addressing concerns. Prepare merchandising reports, including costing analysis, production schedules, and potential risks.
