**Job Description:** As a Merchandiser at SRS Fabrics, located in Vasai, you will play a crucial role in managing product displays, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to keep our stores well-stocked with the latest styles. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating effectively with all units including the Printing Unit, Packing Unit, and Production Unit to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. - Prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance to ensure efficient operations. - Utilizing strong communication and customer service skills to engage with customers effectively. - Applying your experience in sales and retail to drive sales and meet targets. - Demonstrating knowledge of marketing techniques to support promotional activities. - Analyzing fashion trends to make informed decisions on product selection and stock levels. - Exhibiting strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all merchandising tasks. - Leveraging your experience in the apparel industry, if applicable, to enhance your contributions to the team. - Holding a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or a related field is advantageous.
