📦 Manage end-to-end sample development & bulk production processes.
📊 Monitor production timelines & address delays/bottlenecks.
🤝 Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, quality, etc.) to resolve issues.
🔍 Source & manage vendors (🪡 embroidery, 🎨 printing, 🧴 washing/dyeing, 🧵 fabricators, 📐 pattern masters).
🗂️ Maintain accurate records of purchases, costs & supplier communications.
🤝 Build & maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
💼 3+ years experience in merchandising or a similar role, preferably with a Menswear Brand
💬 Strong negotiation skills to secure best deals
👀 Sharp attention to detail for quality & stock accuracy
🧶 Deep knowledge of fabric types, textures & production uses
