Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Merchandiser, located in Jaipur. The Assistant Merchandiser will be responsible for assisting in product selection, sales analysis, promotion planning, and coordinating with suppliers. Additional duties include supporting the sales team, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring displays meet company standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and Retail environments
Knowledge of Marketing principles and strategies
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
