Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Merchandiser located in Jaipur. The Field Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring products are well-displayed in retail locations, maintaining stock levels, and assisting with sales strategies. Daily tasks include organizing and replenishing merchandise, executing marketing campaigns, providing excellent customer service, and reporting sales performance. The role also involves building relationships with retail store staff and ensuring effective product placement. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service Experience in Sales and Retail Marketing knowledge and skills Ability to work independently and onsite Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Previous experience in a similar role is a plus High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
