Merchandiser

As a member of the Kontoor Brands team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time delivery by following up on orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties. You will review cost packages and purchase orders meticulously to guarantee the accuracy of all data before submission to the Merchandise Supervisor or Manager. Clear and accurate communication of customer requirements to factories is crucial, as is monitoring delivery status to ensure timely production in coordination with vendors and the production team. Additionally, you will handle sample submissions directly to customers for approval and obtain consent advice as necessary. It will be your duty to ensure timely receipt of documents from factories such as vendor review reports, cost break-ups, and mini markers. You will also be responsible for monitoring and addressing safety issues with vendors/suppliers, including CPSIA and XRF screening, and reporting any concerns to the Merchandise Supervisor or Manager. Regular visits to vendors" facilities for follow-up meetings and discussions are expected, with any potential risks to be communicated promptly. In terms of skills, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who can adhere to standard operating procedures and work independently and proactively. Proficiency in MS Office applications, good command of spoken and written English, and effective communication with internal functions, vendors, and the laundry team are essential. A positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and the local language are key competencies required for this role. Candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institute, or a diploma/bachelor's from a fashion institute or in textile technology, are encouraged to apply.
