Merchandiser (Knit Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior merchandiser in daily order follow-ups.
• Communicate with suppliers for fabric and trims status.
• Help in sample preparation and dispatch to buyers.
• Update order tracking sheets and T&A reports.
• Follow up with production for order progress.
• Check sample quality before sending to buyer.
• Maintain records of samples, approvals, and comments.
• Support in price quotation and costing sheets.
• Coordinate with quality and production teams for timely delivery.
• Assist in shipment documentation and dispatch.
• Handle buyer emails under supervision.
• Maintain files and reports neatly for easy reference.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing.
• Good communication and email writing skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer work.
• Willingness to learn and work as a team member.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in Fashion, Textile, or any relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in merchandising

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
