About the Role

• This role blends creativity and commercial strategy.
• You’ll design beautiful, trend-led jewelry while ensuring each piece is profitable and scalable.
• You will: conceptualize & sketch designs, validate them with market insights, and oversee their journey to production and catalogue.

Key Responsibilities

• Create collections using sales data, trends & customer feedback
• Work with CAD & production for cost-effective, feasible designs
• Manage launches, track performance, and optimize assortments
• Ensure accurate, brand-aligned catalog listings across platforms

Qualifications

• 4–5 years experience in jewelry design & merchandising
• Strong hand-sketching ability
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques & gemstones
• Proficiency in ERP/merchandising tools
• Analytical mindset & passion for jewelry trend
