This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to be part of a product that has already shown strong early traction and is solving a very real problem for Tier 2/3 jewellery retailers.

Role: Sales Executive (SME – Jewellery Retail B2B)

As a frontline Sales Executive, you’ll play a critical role in onboarding jewellery retailers to our tech-enabled catalog platform. You’ll directly engage with store owners, understand their pain points, and help them adopt our digital-first solution — from catalog browsing to placing orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and train jewellery retailers on using our tablet-based catalog platform
• Run in-person demos and resolve objections with clarity and empathy
• Own lead follow-ups and keep CRM data updated
• Maintain and grow relationships with retail partners across Maharashtra
• Work closely with the founding team and influence GTM and product roadmap

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are great with people, a strong communicator in Hindi + local languages
• Have 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B or jewellery retail
• Know how to build trust with SME business owners
• Are motivated, street-smart, and outcome-oriented
• Bonus: Have worked in or with the jewellery industry
