Role & responsibilities Job Responsibilities: • Based on the process flow of an order, prepare time and action calendar and follow-up on orders with external karigars • Check with stores on material availability as per orders received • Giving approval of printing, embroidery production and other subcontracting work as and when necessary • Make GRN of all inward goods • Giving clarification to production and quality team if required • Coordination with shipping and documentation department for forwarding the approved shipment • Follow and monitor process flows and maintain all records in the ERP software • Provide timely clarity to team on process flow • Identify the problem areas and provide solutions • Visit Karkhana’s/ Job factory as per requirement • Daily tasks would include; o Tracking alterations with karkhandar o Modification in x-styles o Visit karkhana for follow-up on orders o Issue debit notes on the late GRN o Check daily on karkhandar number of karigar’s o Release orders before real cancel date o Plan the orders. Shuffle when required o Take follow-up with production supervisor on QC check completion o Ensure timely export Preferred candidate profile
