Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:

  Handle export clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Provide exceptional service, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and managing any issues that arise.

• Sales Support & Coordination:

  Work closely with the sales team to align on client requirements, order specifications, and pricing for international markets.

• Order Management & Execution:

  Coordinate the flow of orders from export clients, ensuring product development, sampling, and production timelines are met.

• Export Documentation:

  Manage all export documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping standards, customs, and trade regulations.

• Product Development & Customization:

  Assist in the development of customized protective apparel for export clients based on international safety standards (e.g., EN ISO, NFPA 2112, ASTM).

• Production Follow-up:

  Oversee the production process, ensuring all garments meet safety and quality standards while staying on schedule for export deadlines.

• Costing & Pricing:

  Work with the pricing team to provide accurate costing, factoring in materials, labour, and international shipping.

• Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  Ensure all products meet global safety certifications and export regulations, including fire resistance, heat resistance, and flame retardancy standards.

• Market Research & Trends:

  Keep abreast of international market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help drive new product innovations and sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience

  in

  sales merchandising

• Must be based in
