Job Description

Merchandising & Display: Ensure correct product placement, visibility, and shelf presence as per brand guidelines. Maintain planograms, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and promotional displays. Stock Management: Check stock levels regularly and coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations. Monitor expiry dates and maintain product freshness at outlets. Retail Execution: Visit assigned stores on a daily/weekly schedule. Ensure all SKUs are listed, priced correctly, and barcoded. Implement marketing promotions and ensure compliance with brand standards. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, supervisors, and staff. Coordinate with distributors and the sales team for timely deliveries. Reporting: Submit daily visit reports with photos and stock updates.
