MEP Site Engineer

* Supervise and execute MEP works as per approved drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate with civil and structural teams to ensure integrated execution.

* Review MEP shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

* Monitor installation activities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) to ensure quality and schedule adherence.

* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for technical clarifications and approvals.

* Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local authority regulations.

* Identify and resolve on-site issues or clashes in coordination with design and site teams.

* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to Project Manager.

* Ensure safety protocols are followed by all teams during execution.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP site supervision (Gulf experience preferred).

* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

* Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project scheduling tools.

* Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

* Familiar with authority approvals (e.g., DEWA, FEWA, DM, etc.) is a plus.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
