MEP Project Manager (Civil & Execution)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of

  MEP and Civil execution

  works on-site.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and progress.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with

  safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory codes

• Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and project documents.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and material procurement.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and progress reports for management.
• Resolve site-related challenges and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in

  Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

  (Master’s preferred).

• 7–12 years

  of proven experience in

  MEP & Civil Execution projects

  .
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, civil construction methods, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deliver under strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
