Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Design: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure MEP installations meet industry standards, local codes, safety regulations, and the specific quality and operational requirements of a hospitality project.
Coordination: Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to align MEP systems with overall project goals.
Budget and Timeline Management: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules for all MEP-related activities.
Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation quality, workmanship, and progress.
Issue Resolution: Provide technical guidance and solutions for challenges and technical issues that arise during construction.
Commissioning and Handover: Manage the testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems to the client or hotel operator.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹125,000.00 per month
