Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Trainer to join our expert faculty team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in teaching or working with MEP systems and software tools. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering online sessions, preparing course content, and helping learners gain job-ready skills in MEP engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct engaging online training sessions on MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting.

* Teach design and drafting software such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, or similar tools.

* Prepare learning materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with industry standards.

* Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant case studies or real-life projects.

* Guide students on practical applications and career paths in the MEP domain.

* Collaborate with the curriculum team to update course content when needed.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in MEP industry or training roles.

* Proficiency in MEP software tools (AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, HAP, etc.).

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Prior teaching or mentoring experience (preferred).

* Passion for education and upskilling students.

* Deliver training sessions on BIM and Civil Engineering software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Tekla Structures and Bexel Manager.

* Develop and update training materials, modules, and assessments based on industry standards.

* Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world applications of BIM and civil engineering concepts.

* Mentor students and professionals, assisting them in understanding and implementing BIM workflows.

* Conduct assessments, provide constructive feedback, and ensure effective learning outcomes.

* Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance training programs.

* Coordinate with the curriculum development team to enhance course structure and content.

* Assist students with projects, assignments, and certification preparations.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

* Proficiency in BIM and Civil Engineering software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, and Tekla Structures.

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training, teaching, or industry practice in BIM and civil engineering.

* Strong understanding of construction workflows, structural detailing, and design processes.

* Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.

* Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

* Prior experience in online training platforms and LMS tools is a plus.

* Certification in BIM or relevant software (preferred but not mandatory).
