Role Overview We are looking for a results-oriented and technically adept BIM Sales Manager to drive sales of our BIM services, software training programs, and industry-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) combined with a proven ability to develop and close high-value business deals. Key Responsibilities • Identify, engage, and convert high-potential leads into paying customers through consultative selling. • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Conduct virtual consultations to understand client requirements and propose customized BIM training or service solutions. • Prepare and present tailored quotations, proposals, and commercial offers. • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools. • Perform market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity. • Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. • Provide feedback and strategic insights to enhance service offerings and market fit. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field . 3–5 years of B2B sales experience , preferably within the BIM, AEC, or technical education sector. In-depth understanding of BIM tools and workflows (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.). Proven ability to close deals and manage complex client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
