MEP Foreman

We are seeking an experienced MEP Foreman with a strong background in building construction and expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring smooth execution of MEP installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting).
• Read and interpret MEP drawings, ensuring compliance with designs.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety on-site.
• Troubleshoot MEP issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage materials, tools, and workforce efficiently.
• Report daily progress and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• 7-8 years of MEP experience in building construction.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with local codes (NFPA, IPC, ASHRAE).
• Leadership skills to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in high-rise/residential projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
