Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day
MEP installation activities
including electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC works.
Ensure work is executed as per
approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other discipline foremen for proper sequencing of works.
Manage and allocate manpower and materials to achieve daily targets.
Verify installation and alignment of MEP systems before concealment and finishing.
Conduct inspections and assist in testing and commissioning of systems.
Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and update the MEP Engineer on work status.
Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, materials, and equipment.
Enforce
site safety protocols
and report any incidents or unsafe practices immediately.
Identify and report design or execution discrepancies to the concerned engineer.
