Job Summary

Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Structural Design & Engineering

• Review and interpret structural drawings, calculations, and specifications for high-rise buildings.
  
• Coordinate with structural consultants for design clarifications, revisions, and approvals.
  
• Ensure compliance with

  IS codes

  , safety standards, and project specifications.
• Assist in value engineering to optimize structural systems and materials.
  

MIVAN & Shuttering Systems

• Plan, execute, and monitor

  MIVAN aluminium formwork systems

  for high-rise projects.
• Oversee conventional and system shuttering (aluminium, steel, plywood).
  
• Ensure correct installation, alignment, cycling, and dismantling of formwork.
  
• Optimize shuttering cycles for speed, cost, and quality.
  

Site Execution & Coordination

• Supervise structural works including

  RCC, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting

  .
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, planning, and QA/QC teams.
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  
• Resolve site-level technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
  

Quality Control & Safety

• Ensure proper execution of structural works as per drawings and approved methodologies.
  
• Conduct inspections for reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete pours.
  
• Ensure compliance with

  safety norms and best construction practices

  .
• Coordinate with QA/QC for testing and documentation.
  

Planning & Monitoring

• Support project planning, sequencing, and scheduling activities.
  
• Monitor productivity, material consumption, and manpower utilization.
  
• Assist in coordination with vendors and subcontractors.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in

  High-Rise RCC structures

• Expert knowledge of

  MIVAN aluminium formwork systems

• In-depth understanding of

  shuttering techniques

• Proficiency in

  structural drawings and bar bending schedules

• Knowledge of

  IS codes, RCC design concepts

• Good coordination, communication, and leadership skills
  
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  

Software Knowledge (Preferred)

• AutoCAD
  
• ETABS / SAFE / STAAD (basic to intermediate)
  
• MS Excel & MS Project
  

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

  (M.E./M.Tech Structural preferred)
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in

  high-rise building construction

• Experience in

  high-rise projects

• Strong exposure to

  fast-track MIVAN construction

• Willingness to work on multi-tower projects
