Job Description

As an MEP Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works during store build-outs, renovations, and ongoing maintenance across our cafes. You will ensure that all installations are in line with design, safety, and operational standards, supporting seamless store openings and smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: ● Coordinate and supervise all MEP-related work for new store projects and refurbishments. ● Work closely with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely and quality execution. ● Validate BOQs and technical drawings shared by vendors and consultants. ● Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety, energy efficiency, and compliance norms. ● Collaborate with external MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors for installation and troubleshooting. ● Support the Facilities team in managing AMC contracts and resolving breakdowns at operational stores. ● Maintain documentation of MEP plans, as-built drawings, and service records. ● Prepare and track project timelines, cost estimates, and material requirement plans
