MEP Engineer/Modeler-Ahmedabad

Location-Ahmedabad Railway Station

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH MEP EXPERIENCE SHOULD APPLY.

• Prepares clear, complete and accurate working plans and detailed drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes for MEP projects.

• Able to create 2D and 3D designs for a variety of applications, such as architecture, engineering, and manufacturing. Create accurate and comprehensive MEP drafts, including HVAC systems, electrical layouts, plumbing diagrams, and other relevant technical drawings.

• Qualification diploma holder

• Should be well versed with AUTO CAD programs & commands

• Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities

• In-depth working knowledge of Auto CAD and Revit up to date

• Experience of working in a project coordination role for CAD/BIM application

• Excellent organizational skills

• Self-motivated and able to take responsibility

• Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all the times

• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks

Required Candidate profile

• Qualification-B. Tech

• Good Liaising experience.

• Good contacts in government departments.

• Previous experience (minimum 4 years) in the relevant field is preferred.

• Strong communication and project management skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.

• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Strong creative and visualization skills.
