MEP Engineer - Residential Projects - Adyar - Immediate Hiring

• Lead on-site MEP execution for residential projects: supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage and electrical systems to design and schedule.
• Review and implement MEP drawings and shop drawings; coordinate design changes with architects, consultants and contractors to prevent clashes.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor activities—procurement checks, quality inspections, daily progress tracking and corrective actions.
• Prepare and verify MEP BOQs, material submittals, method statements, and commissioning plans; raise and resolve RFIs and site NCRs.
• Conduct testing, balancing, and commissioning (T&B/T&C) of HVAC and plumbing systems; ensure handover documentation and as-built drawings are complete.
• Enforce site HSE standards, maintain project schedules, and report progress to Project Manager to meet milestones and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Proven on-site experience delivering residential MEP projects in India; familiarity with local building codes and NBC standards.
• Relevant commissioning or safety certification preferred (e.g., T&C, HSE orientations).
