MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all MEP works on site.
• Handle projects with a minimum value of ₹50 crores.
• Successfully manage residential, commercial, hospital, and industrial building projects.
• Ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of MEP works across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Oversee vendor selection, procurement, and contractor management.
• Prepare and manage billing and documentation for Government and Semi-Government projects.
• Utilize MS Office and AutoCAD for reporting, designing, and documentation.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
• Willing to travel across locations for project supervision and coordination.

Candidate Profile:

• 12–15 years of overall experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as MEP Incharge.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Experience working with Govt. and Semi-Govt. billing procedures.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

• Government project : 5 years (Required)
