MEP Engineer

Role Overview: As an MEP Engineer at Kool Home Builders in Kochi, Kerala, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of electrical equipment and systems, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and reliability. Your role will involve analyzing electrical systems, directing construction activities, performing calculations, preparing specifications, supervising project team members, and estimating costs for budget preparation. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair to ensure compliance with codes. - Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to meet specifications, codes, and customer requirements. - Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications, utilizing computer-assisted engineering and design software for various engineering tasks. - Prepare specifications for the purchase of electrical equipment and materials. - Supervise or train project team members as needed. - Estimate material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation purposes. Qualifications Required: - Btech in Electrical Engineering. - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the construction domain.
