Job Description

Design and develop MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) from concept to construction stage. Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and BOQs in accordance with project requirements and applicable codes. Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural design teams to ensure seamless integration. Review and approve MEP consultant and contractor submissions, shop drawings, and technical documents. Conduct regular site visits to monitor implementation, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to design. Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of MEP services and equipment. Apply value engineering principles to optimize MEP system efficiency and reduce project costs. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in MEP design in the real estate or construction industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other design software. Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and industry best practices. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working on large-scale residential or mixed-use development projects preferred.
