Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage MEP projects from initiation to closure, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to prevent setbacks.
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety practices, and adherence to specifications.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design or construction challenges.
Prepare regular progress reports and present project updates to senior management.
Manage client relationships and address their queries or concerns in a professional manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP project management.
