We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to oversee the planning, design, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP aspects align with project requirements, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks while optimizing efficiency and cost.
Prepared the as Build Drawings as per the site execution.
As per as Build Drawings to prepare the sub-contractor bills
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
Understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, IS Codes).
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage vendors.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
5+ years of experience in MEP design and execution.
Experience in residential projects.
Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices is a plus.
