1. Manage day to day functioning of office operations.
2. Allocation of task to the support team.
3. Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and infrastructure.
4. Ensuring office readiness for executive meetings and interviews.
5. Manage travel arrangements.
6. Vendor Management.
7. General Upkeep of office premises.
8. Manage any AD hoc office activities.
1. Excellent written and oral communication.
2. Proficient computer skills including Excel, MS Office, Word.
3. Excellent time and people management skills.
4. Resourceful and Responsive.
5. Ethical and Transparent.
6. Knowledge of Tally (preferrable)
