Role & responsibilities

MEP Draftsperson

Responsibilities:

Prepare coordinated MEP drawings based on architectural layouts.
Develop detailed HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shop drawings.
Ensure drawings comply with design standards and site requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and design teams.
Maintain drawing documentation and revisions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Strong understanding of MEP systems and fit-out drawings.
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
3-8 years of experience in
MEP drafting,
preferably in interior fit-out or construction projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (
mandatory
).
Ability to prepare detailed MEP coordination drawings including
HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and electrical layouts.
Familiarity with preparing reflected ceiling plans (RCP) and service integration details.
Understanding of site coordination and working drawing standards.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
