Plan all the works and monitor the same. Identify the risk and propose mitigation. Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Coordination with Architect and Structural Consultants for ensure deliverables of all Civil, Structural and PHE and co-ordination drawings etc. Collect Shop drawings from vendor for respective packages and get it validate with Civil/ Structural consultants and issue contractors to execute the work. Getting work method of statement from respective Civil package from contractor and get it approved from consultants Execute and monitor in all the Civil related work Setting up the Civil Quality Manual, Inspection Testing Plan Ensure all the MIRs ar certified before using at site, also ensure consultants representee too signed Setting up Documentation Process with respect to all services equipment Track Civil materials delivery and maintain long lead items delivery tracker Monitoring whether construction measures relating to the building are in conformity with the Design (GFC drawings) and the bills of quantities Participating Testing, commissioning of services activities and maintain testing certificates, checklist etc. Verification, evaluation and implementation of accompanying changes to the works and recommend to client for approval. Obtain relevant, necessary O & M documents, guaranty and warranties Ensure smooth handover of civil and structural packages

Key Responsibilities: Prepare HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings. Interpret HVAC design plans and specifications from mechanical engineers or consultants. Create and update HVAC system layouts, ducting, piping, and equipment placement using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. Coordinate with other MEP disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure efficient space utilization. Revise drawings based on comments from engineers, architects, or site conditions. Maintain drawing logs and ensure drawings comply with company and project standards. Conduct site visits (if required) to gather measurements or confirm installations. Assist in generating bill of materials (BOM) and quantity take-offs. Work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of drawings and design modifications Requirements: Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Drafting, HVAC Design, or a related technical field. Proven experience as an HVAC Draftsman, ideally 2+ years in a similar role. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of Revit MEP or BIM is a strong plus. Solid understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork design, and basic mechanical principles. Familiarity with SMACNA standards and local building codes. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision. Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Preferred candidate profile Experience with 2 D and 3 D autocad drawing. Eperience in operating loopcad software or similar clash detection software. Knowledge of mechanical load calculations and HVAC design tools. Previous experience in HVAC construction or contracting firms.
