Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Consultant to provide end-to-end consultancy services for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems at our luxury residential township, Opera Garden . The consultant will be responsible for MEP system design review, integration, supervision support, and quality assurance during planning, construction, and handover phases. Key Responsibilities: Design Review & Planning: Review and approve MEP designs , including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems in coordination with architects and structural consultants Ensure MEP layouts comply with NBC , IS codes , MoEF , local authority norms , and green building guidelines Validate load calculations , equipment sizing , and service drawings for efficiency and cost-effectiveness Assist in BOQ preparation , tendering, and contractor selection Construction Stage Support: Conduct periodic site visits to supervise MEP works and ensure adherence to approved drawings and quality standards Coordinate between civil teams, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution of MEP services Resolve on-site technical issues, suggest improvements, and ensure timely execution Review and certify material submissions , shop drawings , and mockups for compliance Testing, Commissioning & Handover: Monitor T&C (Testing and Commissioning) activities of HVAC, electrical panels, DG sets, fire alarm, WTP/STP, lift systems, etc. Ensure all statutory clearances (fire NOC, lift inspection, electrical load sanction, etc.) are obtained timely Oversee preparation of as-built drawings , operation & maintenance manuals, and final handover reports Requirements: Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in MEP consulting for high-rise or township projects In-depth knowledge of MEP design codes , building services , energy-efficient systems , and coordination practices Hands-on experience in working with developers, PMC teams, and MEP contractors Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD , Revit MEP , and load calculation software Strong communication and reporting skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹30,683.21 - ₹109,077.98 per year Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Weekend only Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
