Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an MEP BIM Modeler. The MEP BIM Modeler will create detailed 3D models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems using BIM tools. Daily responsibilities include coordinating trade models, conducting clash detection, optimizing designs for sustainability, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality and integrated project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks
• Experience in 3D modeling for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Knowledge of clash detection, design coordination, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of sustainable building solutions and energy-efficient design
• Strong communication, project management, and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in MEPF design
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience in the construction or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is a plus
